Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your order from Altmann & Kühne. Our chocolates are handcrafted with great care – we hope you enjoy each and every one. Since our products are perishable foods, we kindly ask you to read our withdrawal and cancellation policy carefully.

1. No Right of Withdrawal (Exclusion according to the Austrian Distance Selling Act – FAGG)

According to § 18 para. 1 item 4 FAGG (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz), there is no right of withdrawal for:

“Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly.”

Since all our products are perishable food items, withdrawal or return after an order has been placed is not possible. We ask for your understanding.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Please provide:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Photos of the product and packaging (if possible)

After reviewing the case, we will offer you a replacement or a refund if applicable.
