How are Vienna’s smallest pralines actually made?
Our manufactory tour takes you through the individual stages of our craft and shows you how ingredients, craftsmanship and experience come together to create the miniature pralines of Altmann & Kühne.
Along the way, you will discover more than just our craft. We will introduce you to the history of our house since 1928, share stories and anecdotes from almost a century of Altmann & Kühne, and give you the opportunity to ask our team your questions.
And, of course, there will be something to taste. As a small memento of your visit, you will receive a bag of our Liliput pralines to take home with you.

02 — Make Your Own Liliput Pralines
Try your hand at it
Our pralines may be small. The craftsmanship behind them is not.
During this experience, you will discover selected stages of our production process before trying the craft for yourself. Under our guidance, you will create your own pralines and experience first-hand just how much precision and attention to detail goes into something so small.
To finish, you will carefully arrange your own creations in one of our smallest boxes.

A VERY SPECIAL EXPERIENCE

Some stories are best told in a small circle.
On our private tour, you will be personally accompanied by the management of Altmann & Kühne and invited to discover the house from a unique perspective. Step inside our manufactory, experience selected stages of our craft up close, and hear the stories behind a Viennese house that has followed its own path since 1928.
We will then open our archives to you. At our premises on Taborstraße, we will share historical objects, documents and mementos from the past of Altmann & Kühne that are not normally on public display.
The experience concludes with lunch together at the historic Hotel Stefanie.
