Liliput - Confections in Dollhouse Format
"Almost too beautiful to be eaten!" exclaim many customers when they first see our confections. These small pralines, which we call Liliputkonfekt, are crafted according to original recipes, just like their larger siblings, the House Brand Confection. All our recipes are made without any artificial additives, and they are placed immediately in specially designed cartons with great care and according to specific plans. These "Naschkasterln," as we lovingly call them in Vienna, are wrapped in paper designed by the Wiener Werkstätten and are available in various forms such as Kommoden, Ausziehkassetten, Hutschachteln, and more. They are shipped as sweet treasures to the whole world.
Have we sparked your curiosity? Here, you can let all the varieties of this wonderful confection melt on your tongue. (The letters in parentheses refer to allergens).
Allergens
Allergen A: Gluten
Found in products such as bread, pastries, soups, pasta, sauces, breadcrumbs, sausages, croutons, or desserts. The intolerance to gluten, known as celiac disease, causes severe abdominal pain and diarrhea when consumed. Complete avoidance of gluten is the only way to alleviate the symptoms.
Allergen E: Peanuts
Peanut allergy is one of the most well-known and dangerous allergies, as it can often trigger severe allergic reactions such as difficulty breathing or a circulatory collapse. Peanuts are found in items like margarine, bread, cakes, pastries, chocolate cream, muesli, spreads, marinades, ice cream, liqueur, and even flavored coffee.
Allergen F: Soybeans
Soybeans are generally considered healthy, but they can become very unpleasant for individuals with soybean allergies. Consuming products containing soybeans may lead to swollen mouth and throat, vomiting, diarrhea, or skin rashes. Soybeans are used in items like sweets, mayonnaise, diet drinks, marinades, coffee whitener, and even chewing gum.
Allergen G: Milk from mammals
Many people with lactose intolerance cannot tolerate milk and other dairy products due to the lactose they contain. Symptoms include stomach cramps, headaches, and diarrhea. Milk allergens can be found in items like cakes, sausages, casseroles, gratins, croquettes, French fries, chips, desserts, cocoa, and even wine.
Allergen H: Tree Nuts
Tree nuts and their products, such as chestnuts, pistachios, walnuts, almonds, or cashew kernels, are found in products like bread, cakes, pastries, boiled sausages, yogurt, cheese, marzipan, cereal bars, curry, pesto, dressings, or liqueur.
Allergen O: Sulfur Dioxide and Sulfites
Allergen O, represented by the letter "O," is mainly found in fruit preparations, muesli, bread, wine, sauerkraut, fruit juices, soups, sauces, dried fish, and chips. Individuals affected may experience asthma-like symptoms after consuming foods containing sulfur dioxide or sulfites.
